It’s official – Facebook has announced that their discount shopping service is being expanded to five European nations and Canada in an effort to aid brands to communicate with its users, Reuters has reported.
Called Facebook Deals, the service builds on the already popular Facebook Places feature that invites users to broadcast to friends their whereabouts, who they are travelling with and whether they seek company. The service, available for weeks in the U.S., debuted Monday in Canada, Britain and four other European countries.
